The red knight. HDC de Arbol makes tacos quiver in their shells. Two kinds of chillies, a healthy dose of vinegar and a fistful of spices combine to produce a classic Mexican red hot-sauce with a bold flavour. It is basically a corn chip’s best friend. Pour liberally over everything, and repeat.
Ingredients: Chilli peppers, water, vinegar, lime juice, onion, tomato paste, salt, garlic, spices.
